The Johnsons purchased the home and the .34 acres for $10.

The Mullins House was owned by Jesse Mullins who played the piano and organ for the Lake Cities Methodist Church. It's a two bedroom, one bath rental home.

This early 1900s home was once the classroom building for First Baptist Church in Lake Dallas. When the church built a new building in the 1960s, this structure was moved to its current location and turned into a home. The House on the Corner is a three bedroom, one bath rental home.
