Located in the Lake Dallas Downtown District, Urban-Retro has a wide variety of vintage, renovated and new rental units tucked in with city parks, children's parks, schools, a library, restaurants and just a short walk to Lewisville Lake. We have buildings dating back as far as the late 1890s with the most recent construction projects in 2019. We have vintage homes, commercial spaces, loft apartments, bungalows and a tiny home village.
The Lake Dallas Tiny Home Village is the first tiny home village of its kind with Tiny Homes on wheels within city limits. The Village is located in the Lake Dallas Downtown District on former farmland with room for 13 owner/occupied tiny homes, a courtyard, fire pit, a grill/smoker and community garden.
The Lake Dallas Bungalows are located one block from Main Street and include one bedroom units with 750 square feet and two bedroom units with 1,100 square feet. These highly energy efficient residential units were built around a center court. Four bungalows have been built but a total of 14 units are planned.
The best of old and new, Lake Dallas Main and Market mixes a vintage farmhouse with four commercial spaces and three residential lofts making up a micro community right in the heart of the Lake Dallas Downtown District.
Built in 1908 as a general store and lodge hall, the Lake Dallas Woodman Building is probably the most historic building in Lake Dallas and just as important to the community as the day it opened.
